Temporary Changes in Visa Application Process for Malaysian Employers of Foreign Domestic Workers

Published on 7 Aug 2024, last updated on 7 Aug 2024

Dear Pinkcollar Employers,

We want to inform you about a temporary change in the domestic helper visa application process that will affect all Malaysian and Permanent Resident (PR) employers using Pinkcollar services.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, online visa submissions via the FWCMS system are temporarily unavailable. As a result, we are required to submit manual applications for employers hiring domestic helpers with Pinkcollar until further notice.

Manual Visa Application Process

  • Effective Immediately: All visa applications must be submitted manually over the counter to Immigration.
  • Submission Locations: Applications will be submitted at your state Immigration office or, in some cases, at the Putrajaya Immigration Headquarters. Our team will provide the necessary details and support to facilitate this process.

Expected Delays

  • Processing Time: Manual submissions may result in longer processing times. We are working closely with the relevant Immigration authorities to minimise delays and will keep you updated on the status of your applications.
  • Communication: Our team will proactively communicate any updates and provide support throughout this period. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or require assistance.

Our Commitment to You

At Pinkcollar, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. We understand the importance of timely visa approvals and are doing everything within our capacity to ensure a smooth transition during this temporary disruption.

We will keep you updated with any significant developments. Thank you for your continued trust and support.

Warm regards, Pinkcollar Team
