When hiring a Filipino domestic helper in Malaysia, the Malaysian Labour Department (JTK) and Immigration Department require certain employer documents for the visa application. The exact documents required depend on your civil status (single, married, divorced), the purpose of hiring (childcare, elderly care, housekeeping) and the number of foreign domestic helpers you are hiring for your household.

This document checklist is for Expatriate Employers hiring a Filipino domestic helper to assist with Housekeeping. If you're unsure about which documents to provide or need assistance, please reach out to the Pinkcollar team for guidance and support.
