What’s Included in our Fee
- Document processing and end-to-end preparation for your renewal application.
- FOMEMA medical examination fees if your helper is due for a screening this year.
- In the event of a medically "Unfit" result, we provide a one-time medical appeal service to manage the process on your behalf (for appealable conditions under FOMEMA’s guidelines).
- Government levy fees for a 1-year work permit extension. For Expatriate employers, please note that your helper's permit duration is legally capped by your own visa expiry date and cannot exceed it.
- Direct coordination and troubleshooting with Immigration units to resolve any application bottlenecks.
- Despatch fees for the collection, submission and final delivery of the renewed permit to you.
Notes on Statutory Costs
- Multiple Helpers: Government immigration levies are tiered. A surcharge of +RM200 applies for each additional helper (e.g., +RM200 for the 2nd helper, +RM400 for the 3rd helper) to cover this tiered increase in statutory costs.
- Medical Appeal Disbursements: Our service fee covers the management of the medical appeal; however, any official fees charged by FOMEMA for the appeal itself are billed separately as a disbursement.
