Service Pricing
Check Out Memo (Valid Permit)
This Check Out Memo service is for workers who are ending their employment legally at the end of contract, or in situations of early termination. This service will lead to the worker being released from the client’s employment and the worker will remain whitelisted on Immigration records.

Check Out Memo (Abscondment)
This Check Out Memo service is for workers who have left their employment without notice and/ or did not comply with the right exit procedures. This service will lead to the worker being released from your employment and the worker will be blacklisted on Immigration records.
What's Included
- Document preparation
- Document despatch collection & delivery fees
- Agency visit to Immigration unit on your behalf
What's Not Included
- Compound payment charged by Malaysian Immigration which varies depending on the worker's nationality will be invoiced to the client as a disbursement
- Indonesian worker: RM250
- Filipino worker: RM750
