Step 2: Online Interview with Pinkcollar

Once you’ve filled out our application form, we will contact you via Whatsapp or landline for a screening interview with Pinkcollar. We will let you know after the interview if you are accepted. At this stage, we may also arrange for you to complete your medical screening to ensure that you have a clean bill of health to work abroad.

Step 3: Employer Interviews

If you are accepted, we will start matching you with employers who are a good match for your skills, experiences, personality and job preferences. We will then call or text you to arrange an interview time with employers. This will be your opportunity to get to know the employer and understand the job more.

Step 4: Job Offer

If your interview is successful, we will call you with a job offer. If you want to accept the job, we’ll take care of all the visa and work abroad paperwork.
